Metal Laser Cutting
Materials & thicknesses we cut
Our metal laser cutting services support a variety of metal materials, including: Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper, and Titanium, although we most commonly work with the following materials:
- Steel is one of the most commonly cut materials using laser technology. We laser cut thin sheets (0.5–3 mm), medium plates (4–12 mm), and thick plates (13–20 mm).
- Aluminum is lighter and more reflective than steel, which affects how it interacts with laser cutting. We laser cut thin aluminum sheets (0.5–3 mm), medium plates (4–8 mm), and thick plates (9–15 mm).
- Stainless steel is a popular material due to its strength and resistance to corrosion. We laser cut thin stainless steel (0.5–3 mm), medium sheets (4–8 mm) and thick plates (9–20 mm).
Precision & tolerances (fiber laser)
Our fiber laser cutting metal delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy for metal fabrication, routinely achieving standard tolerances between ±0.05 mm and ±0.1 mm. This precision peaks on thin sheet metals under 3 mm, where tolerances can reach as tight as ±0.01 mm.
Sheet Metal Bending & Forming
Press brake forming
Press brake forming is central to the bending process, applying controlled force through a punch that drives the sheet metal into a die to create highly accurate bends. Our professional sheet metal forming service provides a highly versatile, cost-effective solution that shapes complex components from a single piece, minimizing assembly time and overall production expenses.
Bend tolerances & capabilities
Standard bending tolerances range from ±0.3 mm to ±0.8 mm for linear dimensions and ±1° for angles, depending on material thickness. High-precision setups can achieve tight angular accuracy up to ±0.5°, though final tolerances vary based on part complexity and cumulative bend sequences.
From Flat Sheet to Finished Part
Our metal laser cutting services follow a streamlined, well-defined process.
Firstly, we use advanced CAD software to turn complex designs into accurate digital blueprints. By embedding precise geometric tolerances directly into the files, we guarantee that every manufactured part fits and functions perfectly.
Next, we move to our advanced sheet metal laser cutting service. Using the finalized CAD files, our high-precision fiber lasers trace the exact coordinates to melt and vaporize the metal.
Finally, we advance to sheet metal forming and welding. Our high-precision press brakes deform and bend the metal sheets into the exact required geometry. Once the individual components are formed, they are joined together through professional welding, ensuring the final structure completely meets design criteria and delivers a flawless, unified product.
Quality & Certifications
We operate in full compliance with top international standards, verified by our key certifications.
Our ISO 9001 designation ensures strictly controlled processes and rigorous measurement and control dedicated to continuous quality enhancement. Meanwhile, our ISO 14001 certification validates our environmental responsibility, proving our deep commitment to sustainable production through optimized resource management and a reduced manufacturing footprint.

FAQ
What is laser cutting?
Laser cutting uses a focused fiber laser beam to melt or vaporize metal along a precise CAD-guided path. This advanced technology delivers exceptionally clean edges, intricate details, and tight tolerances with maximum efficiency and minimal material waste.
What materials and thicknesses can you laser cut?
We laser cut carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our high-precision machines handle carbon steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, and aluminum up to 12 mm. This ensures clean edges and precise tolerances for all thicknesses.
What tolerances can you achieve with laser cutting?
Our fiber laser cutting metal delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy for metal fabrication, routinely achieving standard tolerances between ±0.05 mm and ±0.1 mm. This precision peaks on thin sheet metals under 3 mm, where tolerances can reach as tight as ±0.01 mm.
What is a press brake / how does metal bending work?
A press brake bends sheet metal by pressing a top punch into a bottom V-die. This force shapes the material using three main techniques: flexible air bending, precise bottoming, or high-force coining. The process ensures fast, highly accurate, and repeatable folds.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept DXF, DWG, and STEP files. For cutting processes, DXF and DWG formats work best. For sheet metal bending, please provide STEP files, as they allow us to accurately calculate bend allowances and visualize the 3D geometry.
Can you cut and bend the same part in-house?
Yes. We cut and bend sheet metal parts entirely in-house. By handling everything from raw material to finished product under one roof, we dramatically shorten lead times, eliminate extra logistics costs, and guarantee superior quality control.
